General terms and conditions learncarcustoms.com "MvD Window Tint"

 

 

For all services provided by learncarcustoms.com, part of the sole proprietorship “MvD Window Tint”, located in Ridderkerk, Chamber of Commerce number 881122543, the following conditions apply when purchasing access to the online videos.

Article 1. Definitions

  1. Buyer: the natural person or legal entity with whom MvD Window Tint concludes an agreement regarding the purchase of access to the videos.

  2. The videos: the videos, the images with the aim of transferring and/or increasing knowledge and/or skills.

  3. Conditions: these general terms and conditions.

Article 2. Applicability

  1. The terms apply to all purchases on learncarcustoms.com.
  2. Purchasing access to videos implies acceptance of the applicability of these terms and conditions.
  3. MvD Window Tint reserves the right to make changes  or additions to the terms and conditions.

Article 3. Purchase and confirmation

  1. Buyer can purchase access to the videos via the learncustoms.com website. By purchasing access to the videos, the buyer accepts the applicability of these general terms and conditions without reservation.
  2. Agreements between the Buyer and MvD Window Tint are only concluded after payment has been processed and if the purchase is confirmed in writing or digitally to the Buyer.
  3. Buyer will receive a password and a page link that provides access to a page where the videos can be viewed for 30 days. This page is strictly personal and may not be shared with third parties without permission. If MvD Window Tint notices that this is happening, copyright infringement will be reported, which may lead to a fine for the buyer.

Article 4. Pricing

  1. Purchase is made by creating an account and payment of your choice offered on the learncarcustoms.com website. The prices apply as stated on the internet at the time of purchase.
  2. Article 5. Cancellation/change/payment
  1. Payment follows immediately after creating an account via the website. After payment, the buyer will receive a password and page link where the videos can be viewed.
  2. If there are technical problems with logging in or the environment, the buyer can report this by email to info@learncarcustoms.com .
  3. It is not possible to cancel the purchase of access to the videos.
  4. Under no circumstances will the purchase price be refunded unless MvD Window Tint itself determines otherwise.

Article 6. Liability

  1. MvD Window Tint is not liable for any damage caused by or related to actions and techniques shown in the videos on the learncarcustoms.com website, unless MvD Window Tint can be accused of intent or gross negligence.
  2. If, despite the provisions of paragraph 1, MvD Window Tint is liable for any damage at any time, this will be limited to a maximum of the invoice amount.
  3. Indirect damage will not be reimbursed.
  4. practicing/executing the actions/techniques shown in the videos is entirely at your own risk. Every Buyer voluntarily chooses to perform/practice the actions/techniques shown in practice.
  5. MvD Window Tint only has an obligation of efforts and no obligation of result. MvD Window Tint cannot make any representations or warranties about possible results from viewing the videos. Any examples of possible results on the website are only from MvD Window Tint's own experience and do not bind MvD Window Tint in any way. The buyer remains responsible for the results at all times.

Article 7. Intellectual property

  1. The video material provided remains the property of MvD Window Tint. The intellectual property rights relating to the videos, the video material and any other pieces/products relating to the videos are reserved by MvD Window Tint.
  2. Without the express written permission of MvD Window Tint, the buyer is not entitled to disclose, exploit or in any way reproduce data from and/or parts and/or extracts of the video material provided.

Article 8. Applicable law

  1. Dutch law applies to all purchases, general offers, (legal) acts and the like on learncarcustoms.com and agreements between MvD Window Tint and the buyer.
